Warranty Policy

Fiberglass bases and walls have a 20 year manufacture defects warranty.
Automatic Drain Assemblies have a four year warranty.

Product Return Policy

All return requests must be made within 5 calendar days upon receipt of the purchased items. Before any product can be returned please call 866 222-2037, e-mail showeranyplace@gmail.com or fax 913-735-3134 to request a RA #.
All returned items are to be shipped back freight prepaid at the buyers expense, unless ACRA-USA has approved other arrangement in writing. Your RA number will only be valid for 10 days, therefore returned merchandise must
be shipped within the ten day period.
For parts that are under warranty and have to be replaced, ACRA-USA, Inc. will replace the part at no cost to you. We will ship you a new part including a UPS return shipping label. The part being replaced must be returned to ACRA-USA, INC. using the return UPS shipping label. Your account/credit card will be charged for the replacement part. Upon receiving the returned part ACRA-USA will credit your account/credit card.
ACRA-USA will replace any item is under warranty that has not been modified or damaged by the user. ACRA-USA will inspect all returned merchandise to insure it meets these criteria.  Freight to be paid by purchaser to and from Shower Anyplace. Any parts return must be in original box or package and not used. If used it is not refundable.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all items if shipping box has not been opened.
A 35% restocking fee will be charged if shipped box opened. Additional charges will be made for all parts that are missing or damaged due to improper packaging. Used Shower Stalls cannot be returned. Returned merchandise must be returned to Overland Park, Kansas. Reference the RA number on the outside of the package.

Freight Damage / Freight Shortage Police

Damages in Transit/Claims – Please inspect all shipments thoroughly for damage before accepting from carrier.
When damage is found, note those exceptions on the delivery bill or lading or refuse the shipment. If no exception is made at the time of receipt, ACRA-USA has no recourse with the carrier. Do not hesitate to call if you require our assistance.
Claims for shortages must be made with ACRA-USA within 48 hours after receipt of goods. Missing parts will be shipped 2nd day air via UPS. All claims for concealed damage must be made with ACRA-USA within 24 hours after receipt of goods. Please inspect all shipments thoroughly for missing or damaged parts.
